Tuesdays from 6:30 pm to 7:10 pm​ - in person and online (from September)

A moment to sit and open a window in time, to just be. This is the proposal for weekly meditations.

 

They are essentially mindfulness training meditations, usually with a focused theme.

 

The meditations last around 25 to 30 minutes and are followed by sharing for those who feel like it.

 

When: Tuesdays from 6:30 pm to 19:10

​

As:

  • online via the zoom platform

 

Contribution:

  • Live participation, with recording sent: €20 per month.

  • Receive only the recording: €10 per month.

 

You can participate in a session for free and if you feel it is for you, continue.
